Free Trades Science Programming Opportunities
Thanks to generous support from Central Community College, 6 Regions One Nebraska, AGC Nebraska, the Wortman Family Trust, and other community partners, Trades Science programming is available to schools at no cost.
Funding can be used in two ways:
- Choose a stand-alone Trades Science program: The entire cost is covered, making the experience FREE for your school.
- Add Trades Science to regular Edgerton programming: Schools can incorporate Trades Science demonstrations and hands-on labs into other popular offerings, including Edgerton on the Move, Science Discovery Days, and STEM Field Trips. Grant funding can reduce the overall cost based on the Trades Science activities selected.
The more Trades Science activities included in a customized program, the greater the potential discount on regular Edgerton programming.
Our goal is to remove financial barriers while helping students explore how science connects to exciting, high-demand careers throughout Nebraska.
