The Edgerton Explorit Center is now open to the public.
Our hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
We are closing from 12:00pm to 1:00pm to sanitize between morning and afternoon visitors. Face masks are required for all visitors, staff and campers.
The Edgerton Explorit Center will be requiring face coverings for all visitors, staff and campers starting July 27th. While we’re certainly not the first business to require face coverings, we know this is a simple step everyone can take for their safety and the safety of others in our facility. According to the CDC, face coverings help decrease the spread of COVID-19, and because the virus can be spread by people who don’t have symptoms and don’t know they are infected, it’s critically important for everyone to wear a face covering in public and social distance.
We know some people have differing opinions on this topic. We also recognize the role we can play to help protect the health and well-being of the communities we serve by following the evolving guidance of health officials like the CDC. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our visitors, campers, members and staff in wearing face coverings to protect their safety and the safety of our staff.
We are also asking our visitors to stay 6 feet apart from others who are not in your group, including staff and other visitors. We also have multiple hand sanitizer stations set up and ask that you use this frequently while at the center. If you feel sick or have a fever, please stay home.
